Brett D. Brimhall, MD is a board-certified, award-winning physician and eye surgeon. His unique and extensive training and skills have enabled him to provide the highest quality in eye surgery and care.
In 1994 Dr. Brimhall graduated from Brigham Young University, majoring in Chinese and biology, and minoring in chemistry. In 1995 the U.S. Air Force provided full funding for his medical school training at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, where he graduated at the top of his class. After finishing general medical training, he elected to practice general medical care as a flight surgeon for two years, while regularly flying in F-16 fighter jets. In 2002 he was accepted into one of the top eye surgery programs of the nation, Wilford Hall Medical Center.
While in the program he excelled and was awarded several prestigious awards for his surgical abilities and research. In 2004 he was named chief resident and graduated with the highest credentials in 2005.
